Soul Sessions – Finding Your Own Sanctuary Within

The Soul Sessions have been designed to help you develop strategies to live your life more peacefully, mindfully and joyfully.

This seven-step process has been guided by my individual healing sessions and the repetitive patterns so many of us face each and every day.

This seven step process will help you connect with your inner voice, creating inner transformation to help you approach life in a way that is in alignment with your spirit – enabling you to live more harmoniously, with grace and balance.

Learn to remove blocks, limiting beliefs, fear and hesitation to live your life fully, mindfully and happily.

Each session will be followed by a two-week integration period, followed by a guided healing circle.

The seven sessions are as follows:

  • Trust & Faith
  • Thoughts, Feelings & Beliefs
  • Self Love
  • Let It Go
  • Gratitude

Each workshop will take place once a month on a Saturday afternoon, and the healing circles will take place two weeks later at the same time.

You can join me for all sessions or for whichever one takes your fancy. Bookings are essential and can be made via email or the website.
